Bukovel: where to stay and how to plan your trip

Bukovel is one of the best-known ski resorts in the Carpathians, in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. In winter people come to ski and snowboard, in summer to relax in the mountains.

When to go

The ski season runs in winter, usually from December to March. In summer the resort suits walks and a mountain break. For holidays and weekends in the season, book early.

Ski pass

Ski passes are sold on the resort's official website (Bukovel24) and at the ticket offices. A mobile ski pass has been available since January 2026. Buy ski passes only through official channels: cards sold privately can turn out to be blocked. Ski rental, instructors and food are not included in the ski pass price.
